Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Timeframe: You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be:

- Unused and in their original packaging.
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Custom or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact Us: Reach out to our team at batashahomespk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. We charge Rs 5000 for return shipping of all items.

Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your furniture is damaged or defective upon arrival:

Contact us immediately at natashahomespk@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days of approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

1- Gift cards.
2- Clearance or final sale items.
3- Custom or personalized furniture, unless defective.
