Q. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges for each product are mentioned in the description. All delivery charges are inclusive of packaging costs as well.

Yes. 

Q. Can we pay with Bank transfer?

You can make payment through Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa and share it with us through Whatsapp .

Q.What is your Return or Exchange policy?

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to return or exchange any item, delivery charges will not be taken care of by Natashahomes. 

For customised orders, we cannot accept return or exchanges.

Q. Are sizes customisable?

Yes, almost all of our products are available to be ordered on customised sizes.

Q. Can I order something if it’s out of stock?

Yes, all items that are out of stock can be made on order with a wait time of 3-6 weeks depending of the nature and size of that specific product. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time for items that are available in stock is 8-14 days for furniture and 3-7 days for jewellery.

Q. Which delivery service do you use?

We deliver through TCS, each product is carefully packed by our team, labelled for fragility and then dispatched through TCS. Some orders, depending on the nature of item and location of delivery, are dispatched through company logistics.

Natashahomes is a company that is a fusion of different places in Pakistan, our products are designed by Natasha Rahman, designer based in Dublin, Ireland. Our manufacturing facility is based in Sialkot, Pakistan.
